Refund policy

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How to return Contact us at contact@theirishsastabox.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We will also refund standard delivery costs; however, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Perishable goods
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
